Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.
Using a tracked shipping method is a must, you need to send the tracking details after returning the package to info@maplefinn.com
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label or offer an appropriate resolution at no cost to you.
International Orders
For international orders, return shipping costs and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damages or Incorrect Items

Refunds
